The above photos show the outside views of this lovely cabin in the woods on the Emerald Isle of Beaver Island, Michigan.  The cabin is also shown here with the owner, Jane Dwyer, in front of her house on the property.  The beach access is to the left of the house (see more photos of that later).  The cabin is approximately 8 miles from the harbor/town of Beaver Island and is the fourth driveway on your left past the township campground.	Cabin sleeps:  10 people (2 double beds and 3 bunks)  Washer and dryer.  Dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils and  dishes, pots and pans, TV, Swedish sauna and whirpool , canoe,  bikes available, 2    showers, 2 bathrooms.

Above are photos of the two double bedrooms and the bunkroom, along with one of the bathrooms.  The kitchen and dining area are shown along with the living area.  The cabin is very charming with knotty pine paneling and is very clean.   This area along Sand Bay, which includes the Township campground,  offers a few miles of great walking/jogging beach shoreline.  And of course there is also nice sand for sand castle building!  There is a nearby hiking trail (entrance across from the Township Campground).  If you follow that trail you may see beaver building a lodge or if you are quiet, some herons.   $850 a week. 

You do need a car or some sort of transportation here as it is 8 miles from town.
